The Groups & MICE Planner extension is designed for Thai city hotels and MICE-ready resorts that host wedding parties, incentive groups, corporate off-sites and government conferences. It integrates with your HotelMinder workspace via the official API to read group leads, tentative blocks and materialised rooms night patterns, and layers a 24-month pattern engine that recognises seasonal group demand across Bangkok, Pattaya, Hua Hin and Chiang Mai. The extension does not replace HotelMinder — it works alongside the standard group module and publishes advisory pricing and block-management recommendations to a dedicated tab. F&B minimums, AV upcharges and room-block release schedules are modelled per market. Weekly, a Bangkok-based MICE analyst reviews the top ten open leads and writes a one-page commercial recommendation on each. Suitable for properties from 80 to 600 rooms with active MICE sales teams.
