Active advisory modules

See every module you have activated, their last synchronisation timestamp with your HotelMinder workspace, and the queue of unread advisory packs.

HotelMinder API keys

Rotate, revoke and re-issue the API keys used by ThaiHotelMinder to read your HotelMinder workspace. All rotations are logged with an audit trail.

◆ III.

Downloadable reports

Download every advisory report ever delivered to you as PDF, CSV or PPTX. Retention is 24 months by default, extendable to 60 months.

◆ IV.

Thai VAT invoicing

View, download and re-send Thai VAT-compliant invoices in PDF format. Payment status is reconciled with Bangkok Bank and PromptPay in near-real time.

Team seats

Invite additional workspace users from your revenue, distribution and operations teams. Role-based access controls follow PDPA data-minimisation principles.

◆ VI.

PDPA data-subject portal

Handle guest data-subject requests received by your hotel: access, rectification, deletion and portability under Thailand PDPA B.E. 2562.

Check your Promotions or Spam folder — the link comes from links@thaihotelminder.org. If it isn't there within 10 minutes, request a new link with the same address. Corporate mail filters at Thai hotels sometimes hold outbound links from unknown senders; ask your IT team to whitelist links@thaihotelminder.org.

Yes. Return to this page, re-enter your email address, and a new link valid for 30 minutes is sent immediately. Old links are revoked for security.

Make sure you're using the same email address used at checkout. If you still cannot access, write to support@thaihotelminder.org with your order reference and we will match your account manually.

Yes — you can invite additional seats from the workspace Settings screen. Each seat receives a separate passwordless login. Seat pricing is included for up to three seats per module; additional seats are ฿290 per seat per month.

Yes. Every ThaiHotelMinder module reads live data from your HotelMinder workspace via the official API. If you are still selecting HotelMinder for your property, our advisory team can help scope the onboarding — write to sales@thaihotelminder.org.
