Data model

The workspace models 42 core entities. This page lists the primary ones and their relationships. Refer to the OpenAPI schema at /v1/openapi.json for the full field-level detail.

Property

The physical hotel property. Fields: legal name, DBA name, DBD registration number, Thai Tax ID, address, star rating, room count, key count, currency (always THB for Thai properties), timezone (always Asia/Bangkok).

Reservation

A guest reservation ingested from the connected HotelMinder workspace. Fields: reservation id (HotelMinder-issued), guest id (opaque), arrival date, departure date, room type, rate plan id, channel code, gross THB, net THB, cancellation flag, no-show flag.

Rate plan

A rate plan visible in the HotelMinder distribution feed. Fields: rate plan id, name, BAR THB, LOS restriction, closed-out flag, channel list.

Advisory pack

A delivered advisory pack. Fields: pack id, module id, delivery timestamp, PDF hash, CSV hash, retention deadline, recipient list.

Module activation

Fields: module id, activation date, cancellation date, monthly fee THB, invoicing frequency, workspace scope.

PDPA request

Fields: request id, data-subject id, request category (access / rectification / erasure / portability / restriction / objection / withdrawal), forwarded-to-hotel timestamp, resolution deadline (30 days), resolution status.

Sub-processor

Every Sub-Processor authorised to process Personal Data on behalf of the Subscriber. Enumerated in the DPA Annex A.
